Births – Naming Ceremonies

A Naming Ceremony is a very special way of celebrating the birth of your child and welcoming the new arrival into the family and the wider community and for the expression of love and joy, hope and acceptance. Parents, family, and friends can all be involved in your ceremony, and it can take place anywhere you like: your back garden, favourite restaurant, or community hall.

It is also an ideal way to celebrate an older child into the family, particularly if there has not been a celebration previously or even if an adult chooses to change their name later in life – celebrating a wonderful new chapter.

• A no-obligation first meeting for you to meet me and decide if you’d like me as your celebrant

• I will work closely with you to make absolutely sure your child’s ceremony is unique and special reflecting your personal needs

• A beautiful Naming Certificate is presented during this ceremony.
